About the Role

As a Regional Workforce Development Manager at Equus, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries.

Job Summary

  • Assist with planning, execution, research, and tracking of Job Fairs to connect job seekers with top employers.
  • Maintain strong marketing and outreach activities, including creation and execution of promotional materials.
  • Search for suitable job openings for clients, comparing client qualifications with employer requirements.
  • Develop a wide variety of job opportunities for candidates by building relationships with local businesses and identifying their hiring needs.
  • Establish and maintain active contact with area businesses to stay informed about local labor market trends and job placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with case management staff to facilitate job placements and ensure successful outcomes for clients.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work well in teams and independently is essential for this role.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or 2 years of work experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends and a familiarity with the communities being served.
