As a Regional Business Development Representative at Red Oak Recovery Center, you will play a critical role in promoting our treatment programs and building relationships with referring professionals and programs in designated target markets. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining diversified referral relationships, developing new areas of business, and implementing strategic marketing plans to align with the company's growth strategy.
This is a remote position that requires medium to heavy travel, primarily in the southeast and northeast regions of the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recovery industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring professionals, including programs, IOPs, interventionists, aftercares, hospitals/detoxes, clinical professionals, and outpatient providers
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue sales leads and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the business development, marketing, and admissions teams to promote our treatment programs
- Deliver presentations at conferences, marketing events, and referring professionals' offices
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals and grow revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the recovery industry
- Extensive knowledge of the recovery industry and 12-step principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel medium to heavily throughout the southeast and northeast regions
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, and sick leave.
