Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Potbelly Corporate. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare quality finished products, including sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and ice cream, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and utensils.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle, balance, and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand/walk for a minimum of 3 hours, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, plus digital tips.
