Job Summary

UnitedService Companies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming dining environment, and working collaboratively with our restaurant team to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dining Room Operations: Perform dining room set-up and side work duties, maintain assertive hospitality, and upsell customers by communicating thorough product knowledge.
  • Guest Service: Serve guests according to established procedures, participate in table and dining room clean up, compute guest checks, operate the computerized cash register system, and accept payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager and fellow staff members to ensure maximum efficiency and promote a positive working environment.
  • Guest Focus: Strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times, exemplifying the Hotel's Culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Server experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Skills: Knowledge of basic restaurant service, pleasant attitude, neat and clean appearance, strong desire to serve people, highly organized and detail-oriented, exceptional guest-focus, fluency in other languages beneficial.
  • Work Environment: Able to stand for 8 hours, able to lift at least 20 pounds, moderate noise level.
