About this Role:

The Revenue Specialist is a pivotal role that involves meticulous review of approved work orders followed by the accurate entry of revenue data into our database systems. This position also requires the analysis of revenue reports and the reconciliation of estimated revenue against actual billings.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $34-$38/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project schedules in a logical sequence and allocate time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in managing project expenses to remain within the projected budget.
  • Engage with supervisory staff, clients, subcontractors, or engineers to address and resolve issues related to work procedures or construction challenges.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate modifications, changes, and additions to agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
  • Interpret and clarify plans and contract terms to administrative personnel, workers, and clients, acting on behalf of the owner or developer.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Skill in handling competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction revenue tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to interpret engineered drawings.
  • Familiarity with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of the utility sector.
