As the Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst, your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough analyses of accounts receivable, overseeing complex technical and analytical functions within the revenue cycle. Your role will be crucial in investigating the root causes of discrepancies, pinpointing process and system inefficiencies, and communicating essential findings to management. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement in revenue cycle performance and work together on effective solutions. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in developing and generating reports within the Epic system.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates exceptional analytical, technical, communication, and teamwork abilities, along with a minimum of five years of experience in professional billing and revenue cycle operations.

Compensation: Starting pay range, based on experience: $72,833 - $109,249 per year.
