About this Role:
Revenue Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves reviewing approved work orders and accurately entering revenue data into our database application. Additionally, the specialist will analyze revenue reports and reconcile estimated revenue with actual billings. If you find this role appealing, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $34-$38/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project schedules in a logical sequence and allocate time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in managing project costs to remain within the projected budget.
  • Engage with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, or engineers to address and resolve issues related to work procedures, complaints, or construction challenges.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate modifications, changes, and additions to agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
  • Interpret and clarify plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the interests of the owner or developer.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of industry experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Skill in handling competing deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction revenue tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to interpret engineered drawings.
  • Familiarity with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of the utility industry.
