Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in securing sales and providing exceptional customer service to contractors, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
  • Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, and inform Branch Manager.
  • Process quotes and orders in a timely manner for contractors and retail customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients/customers after sales.
  • Prepare job order quotations based upon customer requests and information.
  • Communicate with customers from time of order to time of shipment.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required).
