Job Summary
Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in securing sales and providing exceptional customer service to contractors, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
- Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, and inform Branch Manager.
- Process quotes and orders in a timely manner for contractors and retail customers.
- Provide ongoing support to clients/customers after sales.
- Prepare job order quotations based upon customer requests and information.
- Communicate with customers from time of order to time of shipment.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
- Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required).
