Inside Sales Manager

As a key member of our team, the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales and customer service efforts. This role will oversee the sales counter and customer support teams, ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales counter and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the flow of orders and communications between the sales counter and warehouse team.
- Work with outside account managers to determine customer needs and implement sales programs.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives to develop relationships with customers.
- Maintain the highest standards of appearance in the showroom.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform annual performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Participate in all aspects of employment issues, including recruitment, termination, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the company's safety initiatives and ensure a safe workplace.
- Monitor branch sales receipts and ensure accurate processing.
- Resolve problems and issues by working cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Maintain and exceed department standards for accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three or more years of experience in branch operations in a wholesale environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience required, with sales experience preferred.
- Two or more years of experience supervising a team preferred.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC/R products preferred.
