SMB Sales Representative

Job Summary
Fintech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our subscription-based service to small business owners, helping them to manage their beverage alcohol purchases and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify sales leads using research vehicles such as trade publications, industry websites, social media platforms, and distributor websites
- Deliver phone and WebEx sales demos to small business owners
- Utilize a consultative approach to uncover business challenges and position Fintech's value statements as a means to mitigate those challenges
- Participate in sales-led marketing programs to promote client interest
- Develop relationships and maintain frequent communications with assigned distributors and strategic partners to increase lead referrals
- Closing deals and preparing, collecting, and processing sales service agreements for new clients
- Participate in a weekly team sales cadence and sales performance reporting
Requirements
- Minimum two years inside or outside B2B sales experience
- Self-starter and tenacious new business hunter
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Strong desire to compete in a professional manner and excel in sales peer group
- People-oriented and client-focused
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with internal team in a professional manner
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications
