SMB Sales Representative

Job Summary

Fintech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our subscription-based service to small business owners, helping them to manage their beverage alcohol purchases and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify sales leads using research vehicles such as trade publications, industry websites, social media platforms, and distributor websites
  • Deliver phone and WebEx sales demos to small business owners
  • Utilize a consultative approach to uncover business challenges and position Fintech's value statements as a means to mitigate those challenges
  • Participate in sales-led marketing programs to promote client interest
  • Develop relationships and maintain frequent communications with assigned distributors and strategic partners to increase lead referrals
  • Closing deals and preparing, collecting, and processing sales service agreements for new clients
  • Participate in a weekly team sales cadence and sales performance reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum two years inside or outside B2B sales experience
  • Self-starter and tenacious new business hunter
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented
  • Strong desire to compete in a professional manner and excel in sales peer group
  • People-oriented and client-focused
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with internal team in a professional manner
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications
