About the Role

The Regional Occupier Solutions Leader will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, creating sales cycles, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to drive top priority business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and development
  • Identify new business opportunities and create sales cycles
  • Collaborate with CBRE business leaders and partners to drive insights and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business development initiatives
  • Lead from the front with creative solutions and campaigns to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver significant and sustainable results in new and expanding client relationships
  • Identify best practices and roadblocks to client development excellence and generate actionable recommendations
  • Share client development best practices across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, new client acquisition, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with executive-level team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to work with data sets and to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization at all levels and functions
  • Proven ability to use influence to drive results, independently, as part of a team, and as a team leader, in a fast-paced environment with limited direct authority
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience in commercial real estate is required with demonstrable experience in selling CRE advisory services, facilities management, project management, and transaction management
  • Strong leader of teams to drive desired results
  • Positive, proactive individual who takes initiative and follows through on projects/responsibilities
  • Quick learner and highly motivated self-starter who can work with limited guidance, if needed
  • Confident, compelling communicator with developed presentation skills
  • Strong sense of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
