About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Anciom LLC. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including calendars and appointment schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager
  • Strong understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
