Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Product Owner for Advanced Analytics to join our Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) Advanced Analytics team. This role serves as a crucial link between our digital analytics initiatives and IBP&E business operations, with a focus on Advanced Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), and Fulfillment processes. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with the Director of IBP&E Advanced Analytics and team members to convert complex data insights into actionable business enhancements by identifying technology improvements, data management, and analytic development to optimize workflows across the Integrated Supply Chain. This position demands a combination of analytical expertise, technological knowledge, and product management skills to lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions that align with our strategic goals. The Product Owner will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that analytics projects meet business requirements and are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Ownership: Define and manage the roadmap for specific analytics and technology solutions across dedicated planning and fulfillment timelines, collaborating with data scientists, BI engineers, and IDS teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Oversee the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic importance, business impact, and stakeholder feedback, including input from the Director of Advanced Analytics and Senior Product Analyst.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and that analytics solutions are developed with a comprehensive understanding of business goals.
  • User-Centric Design: Prioritize the end-user experience of technology and analytics tools, integrating user feedback into development cycles to ensure solutions are intuitive and meet business needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure timely delivery of documented business requirements, test scenarios, process documentation, and journey mapping. Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
  • Agile Project Facilitation: Lead agile processes and workflows, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to guarantee timely delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Collaborate with Advanced Analytics team members to establish and monitor key performance indicators for analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about trends in analytics, BI tools, and advanced analytics practices, recommending enhancements and innovations to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, communicate project status, and solicit feedback, ensuring alignment and support for analytics initiatives.

Additionally, the Product Owner will be expected to:

  • Leadership: Mentor and guide Product Analysts within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, aiding in the development of long-term objectives for the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a primary contact and managing expectations effectively.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that promote business growth and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, including 3+ years in analytics, product management, or business analysis within a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or a related field is essential, with a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the domain.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making and product development insights.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product backlogs, prioritizing development efforts, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Salary Range

$127,000 - $203,600.00

This range reflects the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
