Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and offer a personalized invitation to return as they leave.
- Offer assistance to guests who may need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Process GC On the Go To-Go orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
- Handle payments accurately and maintain a secure environment.
- Stay up-to-date on position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
- Have a thorough knowledge of our menu, prices, and buffet offerings.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized environment at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
- Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
- Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws.
- Perform daily duties and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
- Operational Excellence:
- Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
- Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
