Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests warmly and offer a personalized invitation to return as they leave.
    • Offer assistance to guests who may need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
    • Handle payments accurately and maintain a secure environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
    • Have a thorough knowledge of our menu, prices, and buffet offerings.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintain a clean and organized environment at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws.
    • Perform daily duties and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
