Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing is tasked with crafting and executing strategies that enhance company growth and elevate brand visibility. This role encompasses the development of strategic plans and business cases for all service and product innovations, as well as optimizing existing products while considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement T-Mobile strategies aimed at continuously enhancing customer experience and driving subscriber and revenue growth.
- Lead the strategic direction and high-level business rationale, ensuring alignment with market, product, and brand objectives while owning the service and product roadmap.
- Identify target audiences, value propositions, and essential requirements, prioritizing use cases to fulfill strategic goals.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to articulate market opportunities and provide informed recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Oversee business performance by tracking results, preparing contingency plans, and refining strategies in a competitive landscape.
- Potentially mentor and lead less experienced team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- Relevant marketing experience in sectors such as software/hardware, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)
- Experience in driving cross-functional strategies (Preferred)
- Proficiency in analyzing customer, business, and industry data to enhance business performance (Preferred)

Additional Information:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel may be required for this position.

Compensation Range:
Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above represents the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
