The Senior Marketing Manager for Commercial Strategies plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and business expansion. This position involves the development of strategic plans and business cases for innovative services and product enhancements, taking into account market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement T-Mobile's marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and stimulate subscriber and revenue growth.
- Lead the strategic direction and business rationale for T-Mobile's services and product offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Define target markets, value propositions, and key requirements, while prioritizing use cases to support strategic objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely execution and adaptation to changing circumstances.
- Oversee business performance metrics, including tracking results and developing contingency plans to navigate competitive challenges.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven marketing experience in sectors such as software, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or packaged goods is essential.
- Experience in cross-functional strategy development and analysis of customer and industry data is preferred.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is between $109,300 and $197,200, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
