Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager plays a crucial role in crafting and executing strategies that foster company growth and enhance brand visibility. This position involves creating business cases for new services and product innovations while optimizing existing offerings, taking into account market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experience and drive subscriber and revenue growth.
- Formulate high-level business strategies, including market/product alignment, and oversee the service and product roadmap.
- Identify target markets, value propositions, and essential requirements, leading the creation and prioritization of use cases to fulfill strategic objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to define market opportunities and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment while tracking performance metrics and adapting plans as necessary.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's or Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- Proven marketing experience in software/hardware, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)
- Experience in cross-functional strategy development (Preferred)
- Ability to analyze customer and industry data to enhance business performance (Preferred)

Additional Information:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Travel may be required for this position.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $109,300 - $197,200, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including location, qualifications, and experience.
