About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Commercial Planning and Analysis to join our Keurig Dr Pepper team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and analysis to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Master the gathering and analysis of disparate data sources, including Circana, internal data systems, and custom research, to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Help build, streamline, and routinize reporting capabilities across large data sets, supporting monthly volumetric and forecast updates to leadership.
  • Performance Management and Strategy: Develop and enhance key performance management reports and presentations on a monthly, weekly, and daily cadence in support of commercial leadership.
  • Annual and In-Year Planning: Develop tools to drive the annual and in-year planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ad-Hoc Data Support: Act as a strategic expert in support of ad-hoc data needs of the organization, delivering insightful and actionable interpretations of performance drivers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including investor relations, finance, brand marketing, sales, route-to-market, and supply chain, to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
