Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager is tasked with crafting and executing strategies that foster company expansion and enhance brand visibility.

This position involves creating strategic plans and business cases for new services and product innovations, as well as optimizing existing products by considering market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.

The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Market Intelligence, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, and Operations, to articulate and implement a strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute T-Mobile strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving subscriber and revenue growth.
- Develop strategic rationale for market/product/brand alignment and manage the T-Mobile service and product roadmap.
- Identify target audiences, value propositions, and essential requirements; lead the development and prioritization of use cases to fulfill strategic objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to define market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with product and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth.
- Navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Oversee business performance, including tracking outcomes, preparing contingency plans, and refining strategies in a competitive landscape.
- Potentially mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master’s/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- Experience in marketing within sectors such as software/hardware, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategies (Preferred)
- Experience in analyzing customer and industry data to enhance business performance (Preferred)

Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200
- Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range is indicative of the general base pay for successful candidates in this role, with actual compensation influenced by factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
