We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team at SonicWall. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand SonicWall's presence in the market.
  • Prepare and present security solutions to customers and partners, highlighting the value proposition of SonicWall's products and services.
  • Map SonicWall's value propositions into partner strategic priorities to create compelling events for their sales force.
  • Enable and position SonicWall's MSS offering in MSP partners, as well as SSE-SASE offering in the partners ecosystem.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations, product, and solution demonstrations across SonicWall's MSS-CSE portfolio.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve quota achievement strategies and tactics.
  • Provide reliable partner forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual interval.
  • Actively develop a solid, qualified, and healthy partner sales pipeline and meet quota expectations.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, including distributors and resellers.
  • Manage and maintain end-user relationships, identifying creative incentives and opportunities to increase sales.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert of SonicWall's products and services.
  • Manage all territory strategic partnership engagements, including partner annual plans and QBRs.
Requirements
  • Existing strong relationships within enterprise customer and channel accounts.
  • Demonstrable enterprise channel sales experience in the networking or security field.
  • Deep cybersecurity technical understanding.
  • Ability to perform technical presentations, demos, and PoCs.
  • Deep cybersecurity competitive landscape understanding.
  • Proved experience positioned MSS offering, including MDR services.
  • Proved experience positioned SSE-SASE offering, including ZTNA products.
  • Demonstrable experience enabling partners in MSS and SSE-SASE offerings.
  • Key account management experience.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding partner quota expectations.
  • Strong understanding of advanced security concepts and solution selling.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a successful track record of working in a remote field position.
  • Team player with a desire for success.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain powerful relationships internally and externally.
  • Residence in the Miami-South Florida Area.
  • Ability to occasionally work odd hours.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
Education and Experience

At least 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree.
