Territory Sales Manager

At UFP Industries, Inc, we're seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide product education and training to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our EDGE products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in building material sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Understanding of pre-finished wood products, primer, paint, and stain application techniques.
