About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Sensis, a cross-cultural marketing agency driving behavior change. As an Account Director, you will play a key role in developing and executing fully integrated marketing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and extended teams to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to formulate action plans.
  • Champion the agency perspective convincingly with Clients, being persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas.
  • Maintain strategic and creative integrity throughout execution.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and developing confident presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated account leadership, initiative, and willingness to assume greater responsibility.
  • Must have a college degree.
  • 7+ years of agency experience.
  • Government client experience preferred.
