Federal Account Director

Join HyperScience, a market leader in hyperautomation, as a Federal Account Director and drive business growth through strategic account planning and execution. As a trusted advisor to our most valued customers, you will lead the development and delivery of advanced automation solutions that drive focused business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute an account-based sales strategy in targeted Federal government accounts, focusing on growth and retention.
- Develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans to drive business outcomes and generate new opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and demonstrate a strong understanding of customers' needs and strategy.
- Negotiate and manage complex sales cycles, often presenting to high-level executives, and build relationships with executives and business decision-makers.
- Advocate on behalf of customers internally, ensuring requests and needs are addressed, and orchestrate internal teams to anticipate issues and ensure post-sales obligations are met.
- 10+ years of sales experience within software, with 5+ years in selling to US Federal Government organizations and related experience with government procurement and contracting.
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships, and experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships, as well as quarterbacking account teams within a matrix sales team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use value-based consultative selling, experience with advanced Account Planning techniques, and objection handling and negotiation experience.
