Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our fast-paced Adult Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the Observation Unit
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing
