Staff Nurse: Part-Time Night Shift

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team at Inova Loudoun Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional birth experiences.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to work in our Labor and Delivery Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare team members
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Current RN licensure in the State of Virginia or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
