Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Assistant Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of our apartment communities. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the marketing and income certification processes
  • Maintain property integrity and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Prepare reports and agreements
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous property management experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Current valid driver's license and clean driving record
