Job Title: Affordable Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Assistant Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Affordable Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest level of property integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of our properties to attract new residents
  • Manage income certifications, rent collection, and property maintenance
  • Screen prospective residents and prepare agreements
  • Develop and maintain reports to track property performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 6 months of previous property management experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20-$23
  • FT schedule, Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
  • 40 hours of weekly contracted hours
  • A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend
  • Eligibility for benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) program
