Job Title: Affordable Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Affordable Assistant Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Affordable Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining property integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of a specific property, including marketing, income certifications, and rent collection.
  • Screen prospective residents, prepare agreements, and develop reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing critical thinking skills to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Work with people of diverse backgrounds, effectively dealing with emergency situations and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, and Fair Housing Laws.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of previous property management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs and operation of office equipment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including proper telephone etiquette and computer programs.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet resident needs.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population in a professional, constructive, and productive manner.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
