Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Affordable Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our properties, including marketing, income certifications, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of our properties, including marketing and income certifications
  • Maintain property integrity and ensure that all properties are well-maintained and up-to-date
  • Screen prospective residents and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Collect rents and ensure that all payments are made on time
  • Serve notices and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
  • Develop reports and prepare agreements as needed
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous property management experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with emergency situations
  • Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
