Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Affordable Assistant Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Affordable Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining property integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the marketing and leasing of properties
  • Manage income certifications and rent collection
  • Maintain property records and reports
  • Screen prospective residents and prepare agreements
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve property goals
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous property management experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
