Job Overview
Description:

CRMG is seeking an experienced Affordable Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 90-unit low-income housing tax credit apartment community in Downtown Portland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, property management, and LIHTC communities.

The Affordable Property Manager will be responsible for marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including marketing and resident relations
  • Collect rents, serve notices, and prepare agreements
  • Develop and maintain reports to track property performance
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and CRMG policies
  • Collaborate with the CRMG team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • One (1) year of previous property management experience
  • Experience with LIHTC communities required
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience preferred
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
