Chief Human Resources Officer

RoseRyan, a leading accounting firm in Silicon Valley, is seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to drive the strategic direction of our HR function. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture and driving the overall human capital strategy to support RoseRyan's growth and ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute HR Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • HR Advisory Services: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the talent acquisition process to build a diverse and high-performing workforce, and oversee talent management programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee all HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and performance management programs, to ensure competitiveness and fairness, and implement HR policies and procedures that promote compliance and best practices.
  • Change Management and Communication: Enhance organizational culture and employee experience through effective change management and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives, strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000
