Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales objectives. Your expertise in retail will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while cultivating a deep understanding of our product offerings. Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a memorable shopping experience.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with management to enhance the selling culture within the store. Participate in events designed to drive business growth.
  • Brand Representation: Communicate the brand's aesthetic and philosophy effectively to both customers and team members. Build lasting relationships with clients, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Operational Duties: Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a secure environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in retail sales.
  • A keen sense of style and an understanding of luxury retail.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
