Position Overview:
As a vital member of our retail team, you will uphold and embody the company's service standards with every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and operational objectives as outlined by store management while adhering to company Policies and Procedures.
- Set a standard for fellow team members by demonstrating precision and thoroughness in your tasks.
- Collaborate towards the shared goal of showcasing the store, its products, and your team in the most appealing manner.

Sales Transactions:
- Manage cash handling and ensure the accuracy of all sales transactions.
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in line with established policies, maintaining strict oversight of all financial exchanges and sales documentation.

Customer Experience:
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by being knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and readiness to assist customers, promoting the company's rewards program and other initiatives.

Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
- Stay informed about current promotions and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
- Keep stock organized and well-displayed, while ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store.

Product Knowledge:
- Develop and sustain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers effectively.
- Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention issues that may involve customers and staff.

Additional Duties:
- Participate in physical inventory counts, assist with shipping and receiving of merchandise, and help with product placement on the sales floor as required.

Working Relationships:
- Collaborate effectively with customers, fellow Sales Associates, Store Management, and District/Regional Managers.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Basic communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.
- Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in specialty retail or footwear.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures, along with basic visual merchandising skills.
