Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide change as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising displays, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
