Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team as a Manufacturer's Rep Sales Professional. In this role, you will represent business-to-business sales for BearCom, pursuing multi-unit sales opportunities with existing customers and building new business opportunities by offering value-added wireless products and solutions to an organization's communication needs.
Responsibilities- Determine customer needs and communicate the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers.
- Prospect, cold call, and close business with new and existing accounts.
- Develop ongoing relationships with small, medium, and Fortune 1000 companies within assigned territory.
- Learn new product offerings and communicate effectively with prospective customers.
- Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
- Represent BearCom's values and business ethics.
- 4 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom/wireless.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and driven to be successful.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Background checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Check.
