Job Title: Adult Education Instructor

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Education Instructor to join our Refugee Services and Workforce Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs to adult learners, with a focus on career development and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the needs of adult learners
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with employers and community partners to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult education and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in adult education and training
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
