As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to refugees and asylees, helping them to overcome barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and eligibility for program services
  • Collaborate with the case management team to prioritize and coordinate services
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client information and program records
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating inventory and tracking promotional items
  • Participate in administrative and staff meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in client service, case management, or home visits
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to accurately record client information
  • Bilingual English/Creole (required)
  • Knowledge of and commitment to refugee services and workforce development
