Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager, Client Relations to join our team at Well.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in account management and marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.


As a Marketing Manager, Client Relations, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing plans, tracking and reporting on marketing results, and working with other members of the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to client relationships by providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Serve as a consultative partner for each client, understanding their needs and goals, and contributing marketing solutions to help clients achieve employee activation and engagement goals.
  • Analyze, track and report on marketing results to clients and the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop marketing plans that align with the client's business objectives and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management and marketing with an agency or similar.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience managing campaigns and promotions, from concept through execution.
  • Data fluency, analytic proficiency, and a passion for driving and measuring results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
