The Fund Accounting Client Services Supervisor for Alternative Investments is essential in connecting your team with clients, ensuring their specialized requirements are met and surpassed. This role involves extensive interactions, pushing you to enhance your critical thinking skills and contribute significantly to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and authorize monthly and quarterly NAV packages and allocations for various funds.
  • Reconcile transaction details with external documentation, including investment statements and client reports.
  • Assist clients in resolving intricate issues related to calculations.
  • Support year-end financial audits and regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the financial reporting team during reporting cycles.
  • Manage investor capital calls and distributions.
  • Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and internal controls, including the implementation of new technologies.
  • Ensure staff training and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Support the introduction of new business initiatives and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant business field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Alternatives Fund Accounting, Global Custody, or Transfer Agency.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hedge Funds, Debt Funds, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with WSO is preferred.
