Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client feedback, gather insights, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Accurately submit internal reports, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Courser offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
