Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the CEO, ensuring accountability across operations, quality assurance, safety, and productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, establishing priorities and action plans based on thorough assessments.
- Mentor and guide functional managers, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the chemical sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- A background in chemical engineering is advantageous, along with an MBA from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and related chemical industries is preferred.
- Proficient in Lean methodologies and project management principles.
- A decisive leader with a proven track record of enhancing business performance and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of navigating challenging situations.
- Exhibits sound judgment and maintains the highest ethical standards.
