Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team at Think Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the night audit team to ensure accurate and timely completion of end-of-day procedures.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
