Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale hotel
  • Intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems, including Opera, GoConcierge, and HotSOS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
