Service Coordinator

Splash City, a family-owned business with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations of the service and delivery process, acting as a bridge between clients and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule service appointments, assignments, and resources for service teams, ensuring efficient use of time and equipment.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and service outcomes in the company's management system.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor performance metrics and service levels against key performance indicators, ensuring adherence to standards and customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve service-related issues swiftly, collaborating with relevant departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Oversee inventory and supplies required for service delivery, coordinating with procurement as needed to prevent delays.
- Data Analysis: Generate and evaluate service reports, providing insights to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding and training new service personnel in processes, tools, and best practices relating to service coordination and delivery.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to service process improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from clients and service teams, and proposing actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service coordination or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
