About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our industry-leading systems engineering team. As an MBSE SME, you will be responsible for working on the latest technologies across a wide range of domains, including space systems, electric vehicles, combat vehicles, tactical communications, command and control, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain model-based requirements, interface, and design specifications using SysML/UML modeling capabilities.
  • Collaborate with system domain SMEs, peers, managers, and customers to produce state-of-the-art systems engineering solutions.
  • Work with minimal supervision, navigate at the expert level with System Modeling tools, and are familiar with developing Use Cases, Activity Models, and other SYSML models.
  • Participate in team environment to produce high-quality systems engineering deliverables.
Requirements
  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • Experience with one or more of the following: NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, IBM Rhapsody
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
