Job Summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance requests, scheduling outside repairs, and managing the shop work plan to ensure exceptional customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, billing concerns, and service issues
  • Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan
  • Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred
