Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative sales strategies that fuel our company's growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing long-term sales plans, and negotiating high-value deals. They will also be expected to collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives and analyze performance metrics to suggest actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting, and a proven track record of success in sales management and business development. They will be a natural leader with strong team-building and communication skills and be proficient in CRM platforms.
