Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Porsche Brooklyn. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds performance targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a successful sales team, providing coaching, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance department to optimize income and inventory management.
- Work closely with the service department to facilitate seamless customer experiences and enhance sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Foster a positive work environment that motivates and inspires team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with inventory management and finance operations within a dealership setting.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals and driving sales growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000, (Includes Base pay plus commission).
