The ideal candidate will have experience in managerial accounting and contribute to building a stronger financial foundation for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Help ensure that the company's accounting processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Aid in the planning, organization, and execution of all accounting activities, including accounts payable, purchasing, prepaid, accruals, and fixed assets.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements, performing reconciliations, and conducting detailed account analyses.
  • Assist in overseeing accounts payable tasks to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Help manage and reconcile the Fixed Assets sub-ledger with the corresponding general ledger, ensuring assets are tracked accurately, marked, and inventoried as required.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analyses for use by management and other departments.
  • Assist in providing insights and support for managerial accounting functions to enhance financial decision-making.
Requirements:
  • ERP system experience is preferred.
  • Previous department Managing Experience is preferred.
